Yes, all enzie spiral stairs comply with the Building Code of Australia.  The Building Regulations Advisory Committee (BRAC) has determined that the enzie spiral stair complies with the requirements of Clause DP2(c), DP3 Vol 1 and P2.5(b), P2.5.2 Vol 2 of the BCA. ’2022 as adopted by the Building Regulations, (provided you use a stair suitable for the application). This applies equally to all states. In 2024 The classic series of stair design was updated to add a horizontal rod under the tread to close the gap to less than 125mmm.
